Overhead cranes are the only class on this site that is installed rather than delivered. An EOT crane is built to the bay it will run in — the span, the headroom, the runway beam and the duty class are all fixed by your building, so the engineering happens before anything is fabricated.

What we supply

  • Single girder EOT, 1 to 20 tonnes — workshops, assembly bays and maintenance sheds. Lightest runway loading and the lowest installed cost.
  • Double girder EOT, 5 to 100 tonnes — fabrication, steel and heavy machine shops. Higher hook height and full trolley travel across the span.
  • Goliath and semi-goliath gantry cranes — stockyards, precast beds and any lift outside a building.
  • Jib and pillar cranes, 250 kg to 5 tonnes — machine-side handling at a single workstation.
  • Class I to Class IV duty, to IS 807 and IS 3177.

Designed to your bay, not to a catalogue

We survey the building first: clear span, runway centres, existing beam section, available headroom, power supply and the real duty cycle. What comes back is a crane that fits the structure you already have — and, where the runway will not carry it, an honest statement of what has to be strengthened before it can.

Installation and commissioning

  • Runway alignment and rail survey before the crane goes up.
  • Erection, DSL/festoon power installation, and control commissioning — pendant, radio remote or cabin.
  • Statutory load testing at 125 percent with third-party certification.
  • Operator and maintenance handover with the full documentation set.

Modernisation and AMC

An old crane with a sound structure rarely needs replacing. We re-motor, convert to VFD control, retrofit radio remotes and limit switches, and replace hoists on existing girders — usually at a fraction of a new installation. Annual maintenance contracts cover scheduled inspection, wear-part replacement and statutory re-certification.
